Preheat the oven to 180C and line a slice tin.

Melt the butter in the microwave and mix in the vanilla essence.

Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix until combined.

Press the mixture into the slice tin and when the oven is at temperature place in the middle for 20 minutes or until cooked.

Icing
While the slice is cooking mix up the icing in a bowl.

Once the slice has cooled pour over icing and then dust with extra coconut.
